I admit, the curiousity of the Ancients got to the better of us. However, we did try to rectify that mistake once we realized the threat you would become, and therefore, we destroyed the planet we set you on. We just did not do a good enough job, and the idea of an energy disruptor eluded us as we were desperate to win the war with the Wraith, for we had already programmed Replicators with an inability to attack us Ancients. One of our greatest achievements, also turned out to be one of our greatest failures.

your greatest fault was alowing tauir to get there grubby little hands on us and opening up a new world of possibilities for us for without them trying to use us we would of never been able to program what ever we wanted in to our system.

Actually, the creation of Replicators in the Milky Way was do to an android named Reese, as said in SG-1 Episode Menace. Pegasus was our fault
