end of july begining of august casue that is when the person who is offering a place for it can do it due to personal reasons
sorry if its a bit far off but if it happens at this place we can get a few in teresting people to turn up

I don't mean to be pushy, but it'd be nice to have an exact date as soon as is conveniently possible, as some of us may need to book time off work and make travel/accommodation arrangements.

okay we have a provisional date the 8 to the 9 of august which is friday to saturday this will deffinatley be the date unless somethign important pops up

lupineshere@hotmail.comme and the other half both play so we might be able to come along if its not too far (have to arrange baby sitters etc)
we're in southampton and I dont drive atm so local would be good.
