Re: Pookie's SGW Calculator
This time it's 'coz my host, in a spontaneous move of idiocy, decided to cancel my subscription without telling me why...
I was most amused by the news when I heard it, and most infuriated when I realised it wasn't a joke.
So, what am I gonna do? No clue yet. I'll at least wait for support to give me some sort of response. I'll give them 48 hours to either give me my account back, come up with some pat reason not to do so, or ignore me completely, after which I shall act swiftly and mightily, as an... ehm... Agapooka.
If anyone could host me, though, it'd be great. I *would* like CPANEL, though. I like CPANEL. It's my friend.

Re: Pookie's SGW Calculator
My host shut me down because I had my own recordings hosted on their server and I had compiled them as MP3s. They apparently don't like MP3s or ZIPs (like the zip containing my downloadable calculator) or what have you.
So, if any of you want to see my calc back, you'll have to find me a decent host. Otherwise, too bad.

Let me check with someone and I'll see what I can do.

Re: Pookie's SGW Calculator
I need PHP and cpanel.
The latter is for making .htaccess files and it also has other nifty tools that make it easy to administrate. Also, seeing as the .htaccess is used to protect my ACP (which allows me to edit aspects of my calc and disable it, etc.), which also contains the IPs of all posted comments (useful in tracking abusive comment posters like I had not too long ago <.<), I consider it important.

Re: Pookie's SGW Calculator
Yes, I am double posting. Whatcha gonna do about it?
Update: Shikaka is kindly hosting the calculator.
The current address is: http://whisperingechoes.net/pookiecalc
In 24 hours, when my DNS settings have refreshed, I'll attempt to transfer http://www.agapooka.uni.cc to the new host.
Cheers!
Note: I only had an older version backed up on my computer, so if you find bugs that should have been fixed, just tell me.
