As far as i am aware, all members were from the TLE, there is one player who didnt wear the TLE colours ingame but was accepted into tle be4, he just chose to wait untill the formation of TLD to join ingame..

dumb name i would say,, y not just call the new alliance the "HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE" and make another partial alliance naming it "THE LAST LEGION"
