I don't Canada has that much debt. They don't maintain much military, after all. I guess that's how they can afford a national health care system.

i keep my bank 100% usually but thats only like 450bil.

I must have a bugged Bank or something... I have used a market turn a week since the update came out that that you could use market turns to increase your bank capcity. I have also bought several USS's that increase your bank size. Yet when compared with other large army 250 million uu plus accounts my bank capcity pales in comparsion.
