I are still waiting on FreeSpirit to reply to this thread to explain himself as Jack has clearly stated I have a point.
In the mean time, I'd like to have my warning voided as FS can't come up with a decent argument to defend it.

Can this be moved to teh Ombudsman Forum? I still feel as this issue wasn't properly resolved though I do understand that FS is no longer a mod.

This issue is long since over. Freespirit has been removed as mod, your warnings were 2 months apart. This isn't targeting, targeting would be two times in 1 day.
However, if you feel you are being targeted by a current mod, let me know. I will do my best to work it out.

look @ first post date. i think my case still stands. I'm fighting a warning I received for calling someone "scum".

I've read it, and you specifically said in person, not ingame. So that is last time I checked against the rules and falls under abuse. However, I will contact freespirit to get his side, and go from there.

Insulting someone when its not game related it a personal attack towards that person. Therefor you violated rule 5 of the forums. The warning is legit but if u feel wrong is done contact Smooshable

Yes, and you did. Then I went and contacted the former mod that issued the warning....I however agree with his warning, but asked him if he would reconsider. He declined. However, he is no longer a mod anyways...so the point is mute.
This issue is now closed.
