A good leader.... I would say the one who could/has

- Protect
- Manage the Alliance
- Make a member do what you want
- Respected
- POWERFUL
- Cares about his members

@ fearless: thats what i try to be to my alliance

@knockout: i do agree with that, no one person runs the alliance. the alliance members have to find something in that leader to rally behind, though.
