I'll explain it now, as it seems it wasn't understood.

A man is drowing in his car.
I dive in after him and save the man. After he gets back on his feet a few hours later, he starts complaining I didn't save his car.
Same situation (man drowning in car):
I dive in after him, enter the vehicle, and manage to drive the vehicle out of the water. (theoretical, don't go physics on my behind) Unfortunately, in the process of driving out of the water, the gas tank was completely run empty.
After the man gets back on his feet a few hours later, he starts complaining I didn't fill the tank (which I emptied).


A user's account is hacked.
For lack of proper evidence, I do nothing. The user starts complaining I didn't give him the account back.

A user's account is hacked.
I give him his account back. The user logs in, and starts complaining I didn't restore his account to the original values.



Fact of the matter is that your account's UU have influenced other accounts. If I were to give you back your UU, I should take it from the ones it was traded to, even though their trades were legit on their end.
If I give you back your UU and not take it from them, I will have multiplied the amount of UU that is going around ingame.
Pretty much a no-win scenario. The only way the least people are affected is by just giving you back your account, and do nothing else.

Ok, after looking at wonderful ip info.. I have the following to say.
I believe that they either worked together in order to "scam admin" for uu. I further more, after talking to jin over msn, and his responses...believe he is lying to you all. I've posted the ip trail i followed in my hunt for the truth before I was going to ask admin to replenish his uu. Now though, I will recommend to admin a broad ban of all of their in game accounts unless he can clear them beyond a shadow of a doubt. He'll have access to both ingame and forum ip records.


I would welcome any suggestions that I can do to better narrow down the facts. Both Jaz (on msn) Jin(on msn) and they admit to most all of the accounts. Even though they don't live together, the only different in ip is the last two numbers, which leads me to believe they use the same router.


The ball is in admin's court, I will email him the situation and my suggestions.
