Etl doesn't have his own hacking company, I just think that he has a lot of time on his hands for reasons that are none of our concerns.

Personally, I think it's a good tactic. Which is why I have advised my side on multiple occasions to not use forums for anything important. Screenshots have a way of being taken and posted.



If someone did make a mistake that allows them to get caught..I will be laughing my ass off. Mind you, it's most likely 1 of approx 5 leaks that are most likely in place. Backups upon Backups, the only way to do business.





Anyways, i'm taking a break for awhile and will be back to see if anything interesting occurs.

If you registered on Omega Forum, or any of em...i'd be very very careful to use a different password anywhere else.

If you are not the user intended to have access to a website and you are using their account with or without their consent, you still fall prey to the CMA. It is up to the administrator of the resource being accessed to decide whether or not a person should have access.

Prove it? That would not be a claimants responsibility. The CMA is prosecuted by the Crown, and so all that is needed to make a claim is circumstantial evidence. The Crown investigates, and if they see fit to prosecute, they do so.
