I disagree fully for the reason shown to me when I suggested it

Sniper will simply use strike as defense and suffer less losses while doing greater damage per unit lost. Defenses will become a thing of the past. Everyone will maintain massive strike alone.

weapons cost are childs play
Personally I like the idea, dont get me wrong, just make ATT turn to def with normal weapons and man losses, if you adjust losses(Like the 1/2 suggested) your incouraging the use of 0 def. It shouldnt be a "good" thing.
