Edward Alexander (Aleister) Crowley was born October 12, 1875 in Leamington Spa, England. His parents were members of the Plymouth Brethren. He grew up with a biblical education and an equally thorough hatred of Christianity.

He attended Trinity College at Cambridge University, quitting just before completing his degree. Shortly thereafter he was introduced to George Cecil Jones, who was a member of the 1) Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. The Golden Dawn was an occult society which taught magic, kabala, alchemy, tarot, astrology, and other hermetic subjects. It had many notable members including A. E. Waite, Dion Fortune, and W. B. Yeats. Crowley was initiated into the Golden Dawn in 1898. He advanced up rapidly through the grades. But in 1900 the order was shattered by schism, and Crowley left England to travel extensively throughout the East. There he learned and practiced the mental and physical disciplines of yoga, supplementing his knowledge of western-style ritual magick with the methods of Oriental mysticism.

In 1903, Crowley married Rose Kelly, and they went to Egypt on their honeymoon. After returning from Cairo in early 1904, Rose began entering trance states. 2) She told him that the god Horus was trying to contact him. Crowley took Rose to the Boulak Museum and asked her to point out Horus to him. She passed several images of the god and led Aleister straight to a painted wooden funerary stele from the 26th dynasty, depicting Horus receiving a sacrifice from the deceased, a priest named Ankh-f-n-khonsu. Crowley was impressed by the fact that this piece was numbered 666 by the museum, the number which he had identified since childhood.
He began to listen to Rose, and at her direction, on three successive days beginning April 8, 1904, he entered his room and wrote down what he heard dictated from a shadowy presence behind him. The result was the three chapters of verse known as The Book of the Law.

3) In 1906 Crowley rejoined George Cecil Jones in England, and they set created a magical order to continue where the Golden Dawn had left off. They called this order the A.'. A.'. (Astrum Argentium or Silver Star).

In 1910 Crowley was contacted by Theodore Reuss, the head of an organization called the Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.). This group of high-ranking Freemasons claimed to have discovered the supreme secret of practical magick, which is taught in its highest degrees. Crowley joined, becoming a member of O.T.O. Crowley rewrote the rites of the O.T.O.

Crowley referred to himself as "The Beast" and indulged in every aspect of the occult and was obsessed with it. 4) He was into every form of sexual perversion you can imagine. He also had various sexually transmitted diseases.Aleister Crowley died in Hastings, England on December 1, 1947. However, his teachings live on.[/spoiler]

If you insist on calling me ignorant, I will call you 'distant', as there apparently is a huge gap between your perception of the reality of governments and power, and the actual reality. My uncle has met with Putin, Helmut Kohl, Mitch McConnell and Jacques Chirac, and quite a few less known 'mighty people' themselves and he's not quite a demon now. When he went to meet with Putin, I went along. Quite certainly one of the most remarkable men I ever met.

My experiences contradict your (and your fellow conspirationists') theories entirely, so do not expect me to believe anything close to accusing all non-christians, and those christians who are actually reptilians, in power of being devilspawned satanists. lois, i was not calling you "ignorant" alone, i was using it as a general term aimed at nobody in particular.
example, if we was discussing say astro physics and that was a strong point of yours and not mine and i'm trying to engage you in a conversation about that subject and while discussing the subject it became clear i knew nothing of astro physics and you then call me ignorant of the subject are you not in fact making a statement of fact?


you know, there are days when i think about all the things i've posted over the past few months and i doubt what i know, SERIOUSLY doubt it because it DOES sound so fantastic and outlandish...

but then i look at the facts and read the mainstream reports and its inescapable.

but yes the pics are purposefully missleading and taken out of context others you will see that several are actually giving the sign for "love". little things like that...but hey maybe one or two are satanists

@ Avenger, M8 you really have a lot of ideas and I respect the fact that you seem to desire to be well read and although you are quick to throw out terms like ignorant you seem to be lacking any real depth in your own arguments. In order to conduct this Meta narrative you seem so eager to thrust on us you should have a better understanding of basic governmental processes. You make a lot of grand statements then support them with evidence from Wikipedia, I am sorry but no well respecting intellectual quotes Wikipedia for hard facts. I could go through and poke holes in almost every one of your arguments/tirades but I desire to be more general for the time being I am sure that after this post the debate will thicken and then I can answer your complaints. I would ask this though before we begin, please make one point in your post sitting whatever facts you need but be concise so I can answer respond.

@those deemed ignorant, the term ignorant basically is used to imply that one is of lesser understanding in a given subject and in this fashion Avenger is correct, in that most of us have no idea what he is talking about and are not at all familiar with the conspiracy theories he is so eager to dribble on about. Take your ignorance as a compliment and counter his points by undermining his evidence or the validity of his statements. I suggest that everyone who likes this section become familiar with the different types of fallacies and logical holes.

@ Avenger, I recognize that my rhetoric has become strong and I hope I have not offended you more than is needed to get you motivated to bring it. I will be unabashedly strong with you because honestly I was disturbed by the argument that people just aren’t ready for your truth, it is the position of a weak debater who cannot persuade his audience, so instead he insults them when in reality it is he who has failed. This next part is complete and utter fantasy and in no way even touches reality however I decided to go ahead an have fun with it. Because the nature of me having fun with this I am sure there are all kninds of slippery slopes and if you feel the need you may point them out however I think that would be a waste of time given that i was just having fun

I live in the U.S. and this topic intrigues me. I think the issue is somewhat mute because if I where the president that does not mean I could actually change what needed to be changed and even with supreme power I would have the issue of the Tyranny of the majority to deal with and frankly that would be impossible.

If I were able though I guess I would first replace the supreme courts around the country with strict constructionist who would not legislate from the bench so as to protect the legislature from judicial branch. Next I would re do the tax code by implementing a flat tax. I would also get rid of most the government programs as I believe that government should stay out of its citizen’s way as much as possible as Lincoln said, as long as man can do for himself government should let him.

I would rework all the trade agreements and cut a lot of taxes on businesses large and small all of them. I would do away with any government funded research and allow the market to dictate what becomes available. I would start a committee to investigate court rulings and over turn liberal case law like roe v wade that goes against the right of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I would fix the school system by placing all school boards around the country up for a vote meaning they would have to be voted in again and they would be the only thing on the ballet and as present I would draw a lot of attention to these elections.

All that was fun and I am sure I come off as a right winged conservative which is fine because I am but I want you to know I believe in the current form of government we have and for anyone to actually do what I just said would go against democracy as it would require supreme power. I would like those things to happen of course but slowly and through the correct channels and the right system. It was fun though lol

mate, what i take offense at is that people do not take what i say and go find out for themselves, instead people want to laugh without ever even trying to see if what i say could contain some truth.

you say i only quote wikipedia, but that isnt the case, if you go and have a look at the majority of links i have provided you will see they are not wiki, tho i do use wiki and am not denying that wiki does contain a lot of errors and falsehoods i only use those wiki links i have verified from other sources before hand.

the links i provide are NOT meant as the be all and end all of my arguments, i dont provide a link and say "see, i told you so", the links are there so people can have something to start of their own research and not go by mine, alas that simple message (tho said MANY times) seems to much for many people to comprehend and prefer to ridicul without even looking, hense my use of the word "ignorant", its not meant as an insult, but as a criticism for not even trying to find out the truth


how about you people look into "CPS child kidnapping" (CPS=child protection services). i cant find the site i want to show you at this moment because i'm having MASSIVE probs with my computer and this will be my last post for a few days (going on vac in a couple hours) till this is fixed, could take a while...
but anyways, once my problem is sorted out i'll post the links of testimonies from children who claim they were wrongfully taken by CPS in america and the foster families they were placed in abused the children in their care, and some of the children have made claims of satanism in these foster homes.

i would prefer you people go find these things out for yourselves and see if there is any credibility in them given there IS photographic evidence of abuse committed towards these children. CPS specifically targets poor families because they don't have the money to take the matter to court and fight the CPS.

anyways, i hope to have my PC sorted out in the next few days and look forward to debating/arguing further.
