If he surrenders that proves you guys are stronger and better, so how does that hurt you not hitting him anymore? I vote let bill surrender.

i've asked ETL to grant this as a personal favor to me and i would be in his debt for it, bill didnt ask me i'm doing what i can of my own free will.
i've already had a lengthy discussion with bill to keep his nose out of FUALL's business from now on, if the HC grant this favor and bill breaks his word i'll help FUALL mass him (not that they need it)!

i understand its allot to ask as he's repeatedly peed people off.

ETL is OE, not DDE, i am DDE, i will not stop the attacks, if ETL wishes to stop OE from attacking thats his call, but my guess is ETL will follow his HC decision, but alas i maybe wrong.
