Would it be legal for Tweety to borrow an account for the war? If she is the only one using it for the entire time of the war?

If you drop the amount to 10 on each side, I'd like to suggest the 10 ladies all fall under a Male commander so the ATT logs can be watched and the ten men take a Female commander for the same reason. Both should be about the same income so its fair.

Just a suggestion.
