Actually it occurs to me, where is this bigger fish the Ancients are busy with?

I wouldn't object to a bigger fish to play with :D

The Goauld are still swimming in their primordial ponds....probably being bullied by these "bigger fish" ;)

The Tauri forgets one thing, the Asgard have been fighting in this war longer than they could have ever imagined. Both sides are fraught with loses, the Asgard owe you their deepest thanks, for you have helped us a great many times, more than we could ever repay, and in the end, when all was said and done and we knew that there was no possible way to save our race, who did we entrust our technology to? Everything, the entire history and legacy of the Asgard went to the Tauri, because we knew, they would use it and learn from it correctly and not make the same mistakes we had. The Ancients, in their wisdom, knew that this was no longer their galaxy, no longer their home, and planted the first seeds of civilized life in the galaxy. Those that did interfere, such as Orlin, Oma, Moros, and Ganos did in knowing that what they were doing was interefereing in matters that did not concern them, albeit it was done with good intentions. If the Ancients had regularly interfered in the matters of the lower planes, how would that make us any different than the Ori? Please understand that as an Ancient, I would emulate the actions of the aforementioned Alterans, for the Replicators are a scourge upon the Milky Way and Pegasus galaxies, both of which were my home at one point as my time being an Ancient. As a former and forever Asgard, I will continue to fight alongside the Tauri in their battles against the Replicators and the Goa'uld, for both are enemies of the Asgard, yet the Replicators deserve more attention for now.

Nope, snakes are no problem, Tauri have been the Asgard's greatest ally, Replicators we've always been fighting, since Replicators only seek out the most advanced technology, which is Asgard tech(haha). I just know what enemy poses the greatest threat for now. After you, I'll turn my attention on the Goa'uld, but for now, they're too....whats the word I'm looking for.....insignificant, I guess you could say.

The Ancient technology you have is outdated compared to the technology of the Asgard, as there have been no Ancients since the time of Moros to invent new technology. The Asgard, on the other hand, have constantly advanced their current level of technology many many times.

Ah, but Replicators don't eat the technology, only the raw materials that are not essential to the functions of a ship that they have incoporated into their system.

ahh but thats where your mistake lies we have advance so far that any thing is possible. that was your first mistake to underestimate your enemy, it will not be your last and it will bring down your civilization.

Ah, but I know you are a formidable force, we Ancient few created you as a weapon against the Wraith, imagine our great disappointment when what was suppose to be our final solution to the Wraith failed. Imagine our greater surprise when few returned to Atlantis to discover your existence. I have not underestimated my enemy, only surprise that a machine can experience taste in a literal sense.
