This shows how professional you are... if someone does a mistake shoot him and then judge to see if he was guilty. If he`s dead screw him... let him sit on the bench for 2 weeks.

after internal discussion in the team, it was decided to get the messages removed, and therefore the basis for the warnings is gone, and thus the warnings are also cancelled... all the warnings for those messages, not just a few of them...
