1 million euros to tell a little lie that wont hurt anyone is one thing but what if that lie involved hurting someone, i mean real major damage...could you still do it?

i know i couldn't.

If someone was dangling a million euros in my face, I would ask them what they were doing with so much in Euro in Texas, then I would probably shoot them and bury their body out in the Texas desert.

Doesn't Texas have the death penalty?

It does, but I think Jack is banking on Atkins v. Virginia to save his hide.

Oh snap. :P

@Avenger: I honestly cannot say. Sure, allmost everybody would tell you what they *think* they`d do in such and simmilar situations in which "morality" dictates certain actions, but you really cannot say till you find yourself in such a situation. More often than not people end up eating their words. Hence I`m not saying anything conclusive heh.

I think the trick is too be a deceitful and manipulitive as possible whilst retaining every outward appearance of being genuine and honorable. The best manipulators are the ones we confide in and call our heroes, and people who accrew the most success in life are often those who appear most reluctant to embrace it. Senator Palpatine would be a good example. I much preferred him as a behind-the-scenes Machiavellian puppet master than an over-the-top cackling action figure diablo stereotype.
