Certain players are doing cross server trades on a regular basis without any consequences. That is clearly against the rules and is a bannable offense. On the other hand I don't care because I know no action will be taken against them.

Getting friends to feed you isn't cheating, nor is buying with $ or Main resources, nor is having no job and being a lunatic farmer 21 hrs a day (scartissue), To gain any and every advantage you possibly can over your competition within the guidlines of rules the games set's out, Is just common sense.
You say who ever has the most friend's win, is this true .. yes, but is it not true in a lot of other game's.
Main for example doesn't reset and has no "win" option, but the Alliances in control are the most powerful with the most friends and If their was a "win" ability they would get it.
