As of 8-18-09 Owned. Alliance is retired in Quantum.

Now, Omega looks like Owned, except beibta and HE are in it. And ETL is not playing yet. So ... hmm ... let's make it a fun era! I'll join another alliance.

I feel I should be more specific, Owned. is not done and gone in Quantum.. it's simpily taking a break for this wave and perhaps the next one due to lack of available leadership, the business of RL affects most of the High Council over the next few months.
