Well, see, the big problem I can see is that Frodo Baggins is hiding in your sig...

i want to place this signature into the SOTW...



But, the rules state that the sig has to be at maximum 400x265 and mine is 430x200..
I have messaged murkar about an exception and he has replied with

You must ask, in the discussion, if anybody else minds. Since their sig size was limited, an exception should only be made if they are compensated for the limitations which you did not have to endure, or if they decide that they do not mind it.

so..its up to you, if you do decide that i have to stay within the rules without the exception, i will see what i can do to make it smaller and not ruin the sig.

I am also hoping to get replies from everyone by friday.

I didn't know there was a size limit, and I don't mind since it's so close. If it was like a background size image then it might matter, but in my opinion, that's fine .

Also, remember, you don't need to have any large number of votes - just as long as there are no known objections. You already know that you have my approval a long as there are no objections...

I really don't have an objection either, but I would say that I shaved 30px off of your pic and didn't really see any quality loss either. just a thought.

No fits, tantrums or panic attacks forthcoming from me though

no objection here. its 30 pixels. i mean if we were dealing with an absurdly OTT overlap then i MAY have had a problem but its just 30 pixels....

this much. *holds index finger and thumb a couple of millimetres away from each other* (yes, i know, not literally.... on my screen its like a centimetre but hey its nothing. )

This being my first entry into SOTW wanted to try something completely different (though my fonts are still similar to my usual).

Side note: I don't care about the slight size issue on Jin's sig.

i dont mind a small exception to the rules, but in future, it would be best to stay within the size so that people couldnt enter a wallpaper sized image saying well if he gets away with it i should. Lets be nice, let this one through, and maybe change the rule to within reason for the size limit, afterall, it still fits forum rules

Next week this problem will be solved; I'll update the rules allowing for slightly larger sigs, and then no exceptiosn will be made.

I have an objection.... Oh wait no... no I don't it's fine.

I personally didn't think I'll be entering this one but alas request sig is done and am in this one. Just it's a smudge sig and i've not done smudging for ages and well it's not a bad try I think.
