Bestiality is a peculiar practice. Issues of consent become confused in the scenario involving a willing female human and a male animal, a canine for instance. From the little I have seen, both parties seem keen to 'do the do'. If a person is keen enough to degrade themselves and/or get their rocks off from it as a result, who are we deny them as long as the animals are not mistreated and appear happy.

There are much more interesting sexual fetishes.

it strikes me as wrong for all the reasons listed above, and probably more...
even when the animal is large enough not to be physically hurt by the process...
