TBH as i cant say my own alliance, no alliance the game is anything to be called favorite, if i had to pick from old alliances, it would be Generations without a doubt.

Nemesis Collective (The Collective)
Forgotten Serenity (forgive the spelling if im incorrect im sleepy and cant think)
Alpha (old school alpha)
TITANS Empire
NC = because well...they be my boys/girls
FS = one of the best wars i had ever had
Alpha (old school) = first war that TC had to which we were the under dog...and did some decent damage ^_^
TITANS = cobolt was tops...awesome peeps

Damn tough choice to make, so many greats now and over the years, I think I'd have to go for Nemesis right now, with special mentions for AK, The Collective, SISU, Alpha, LV, the list goes on

Favorite alliance is esy for me. Forgotten Serenity, what a great bunch of people and great leader.
But DDE are the entertainers, got to love there roleplaying skills as the evil empire. Awesome
