Try disbanding the alliance, then re-creating it.

this error is back, i have access to the alliance management page but i don't have any authority to change anything

I disbanded the alliance. Started again. Then the bug happened again. It's getting quite frustrating.

An issue I keep encountering which I believe to be related to this since it started after the update is that when people send messages to all alliance members I get them, even though I'm not in an alliance. While I could use this for constant intel I don't think the alliances should have to worry as to who's reading any message they sent to all their members.
