The cheapest way to build 1,001,182,442 Offensive Capacity is to build 935 Attack Power Level, 935 Attack Skill Level and 1,036 Maximum Energy Capacity Level. This can be done with 2,266,946,630,222,890,000 DMU or with 226,694,663,022,289 Life Force.


So *the* TOC is a bit higher, still...

Hm...

Im such a noob i have now abandoned a dual planet 3 times when i meant to merlin it


Selling ingame resources is like selling goods in real life, the buyer always pays first, the seller always receives money before letting the goods go as we aint doing hire purchase :)
