19 to 9 for me but most of that came in the last 3 days. I think a lot of those I passed got to 2m slots each and then stopped.

nobody has resources. We just take them! We may have quintuple the army but the determined and persistant little guy can always compete with the bigger ones.

I am around 7b-8b army size (varys cuz of farming) and I only have 400m total CER.. so i'm definitely not like... a huge guy on ascended. If you set your mind to it, goals are easily reached.
