I think this is the second thread questioning why multing is bad.
Was there another?

I'll be honest I only read the first half of the first page. that said.

Multi'ing is cheating because:

- no matter what anyone says, they will end up with a favorite account and the multi's will go to helping that account grow. that said, here's how it happens:
- UP is cheaper at lower levels, allowing someone with two accounts to spend less naq to get the same amount of men in a day that a normal person would have to save for.
- once the multi accounts are ascended the first time (and probably only time) they gain FSS, giving them the ability to send resources to a friend to be passed on to the main account. This includes the goods gained from the extra 3 MT's they get a week.


Basically, Admin made it easier and cheaper for the account when you're starting out. You can use alot less resources to build two accounts to help the main account than you could build one solid strong account.

And you're right, cheating is playing the game in some way other than it was intended. If Admin intended us to multi account, he'd allow transfer's to the same ip and there wouldn't be a no multi'ing rule, would there?

the main reason for multi-ing is to generate AT's and people, well known people have done it now because their are virtually no AT's about

in my opinion the market need to be updated and you should be able to by more turns from the market rather than 112 you get now change it back to 600!

either way if you multi you will get caught it might not be today or next week maybe not next month but eventually you will be caught

bottom line is an unfair advantage

meant to have said well known people have done it
