Uruguay aren't a bad team at all, but Mexico I expect them to be the main problem for my country. Uruguay will have same quality as SA because SA is at home, and Uruguay is good mid-level South American team.
I base myself on last Copa America...where Mexico ended in top 4, if not mistaken.
One of hard to guess groups.
As for Brazil's group, it's two superstars facing, and two strong collectives for second place (admitting Brazil is #1). Wonder who will have upper hand.

Yeah I read that on fifa dot com. Well that's bad for Germany.
Looks like Uruguay are on the move forward, and Mexico not so well. But well Israel team is neither England nor Netherlands...
USA 2-4 Czech Republic, hmmm looks like Czechs again had upper hand with USA..

I have a bone to pick....
Dunga.
How does he pick his team

Ronaldinho plays a good solid season at AC Milan, and Dunga picks Robinho, who hasn't actually played any football this year lol. Been going all over the place after problems at Man City. Sure both players are good and both should be in the team in my opinion but damn that guy makes odd decisions. He also ruled out Adriano. Not sure how good he's been recently so I can't comment. He ruled out Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos which is fair enough. But for the love of God why did he leave Pato behind. He's a superstar in the making.......if I had a shotgun........

Essien is out, Ghana look a little dented now

On the plus side I was at Soccer City last night to watch Bafana Bafana take on Columbia, not the most spectacular game to watch but a win is a win

Yup, sad to see him ruled out.
And as for bone picking managers, why did Gerrard lose his captaincy

I hope Ireland wins their tonight match by several goals. (Ireland - Algeria)
And may the best win between Paraguay and Ivory Coast!

(even though I likely expect Ivory Coast to win by one goal difference)

I know, I found only this tux, but I found another, changing asap.
Côte d'Ivoire, well that's the french/ivoirian way of saying it.
I was wrong, 2-2 draw between Paraguay and Côte d'Ivoire.
