I agree with SS. But I think it's natural that the more serious a relationship gets, at least in the begining, the more you'd find yourself spending time with that other person. Instead of on GW.

All depends on how far you are up in relationship really.

But on the whole, yeah, i personally would have quit...there are some things that you can live without and some just not.

Well on your case, ask yourself this.
Where do you see yourself in GW within next 5 yrs and what you have from this...
Where do you see yourself with current GF within next few years and if it is really that solid, that it will last and 'sacrifices' are worth for it...

This will sound a bit odd, but try to step in women's shoes, and try to understand them a bit about their views on things.

As raised before it depends on the circumstances but I would quit(or vac, you never know) under most. In any case the moment your gf has such a request it's time you realised your simply spending too much time on this game. It's always better to find a hobby that both of you can enjoy together, strengthens relationship as well. I hardly see giving up this game as a big sacrifice. I'd suppose before anything i'd get more comments about playing too many games, all the time.

I would. But I dont see why they would since i play MAX 15 min a day.

mines has been asking me to stop games for years now, and i have cut back and spend more time with her, and it works most of the time.

well depends on so manythings If sh gave up something for my beferit then i might do it for her but i would cut down loads i she asked to.
