Maybe those that oppose the idea should state why.
Cause i can't think of any "good" reason not to accept this request even if there are only 10 Na'vi, because guess what they could do when they get their race forum..... recruit more Na'vi.

i want an elves forum
i want a dwarves forum
i want an orcs forum
i want a werewolves forum
i want a vampires forum
i want a jedi forum
i want an ogres forum
i want a gnomes forums
i want a hobbits forums
and while we're at it:
i want an american forum
i want a EU forum
i want a chinese forum
i want a slovenian forum
i want a pakistani forum
i want an indian forum
i want a native american forum
i want a south african forum
i want a spanish forum
i want a french forum
and also:
i want a blond people forum
i want a black skinned people forum
i want a grin eyed people forum
and so on
and so forth
of course, i can make myself those forums and post links in one of the main forums, but why not clutter up the boards?
it's a prescedent. once this is authorised, the gates are open.

Hmm you know what, it's interesting to see how often people post here requesting a new race section..... erm how often was it again?
Like I said what is the difference if 10 people want a Na'vi forum or 100 people want a Na'vi forum?
Your list above is just being over pathetic. The whole reason for sub-forums is to reduce clutter.
We want this game to grow, we want people more involved in RolePlay and Race stuff, yet we have to have 100 people to get a new race section which is really hardly any difference from 10 people.
