ttf arnt allowed to have awards?
i think its a good idea.
brings moral and well everyone deserves to be recognized. so let them

enjoy guys.
nothing wrong with new flashy sigs going around.
kudos to SS who i assume made them. (looking good)

as for the OE. we've had awwards but mostly for inner OE awards.
maybe if had sometime i could whip up some but that'll be laters

i have a word for that but unfortuatly due to this being a PG 13 forum the word doesnt fit well

I seem to remember Bad Wolf starting that trend though. Although he usually wrote:

Bad Wolf

The man behind the curtain.

and then sometimes altered it depending on what he was posting about.

And pianomutt2000 used to sign his name bill. In ingame or forum PM's I usually sign JMX for the past 4 or so years. Guess everyone has their own thing.

RoKeT, but on the other hand it is sad to see that people need stimulation to do the right thing, that should be done by default in the first place.

You don't need any recognition for your actions, if you have everything on it's place, it comes on it's own. Awards are just something material that you put on a shelf and it doesn't make you anything better cause of it.

Well surely if we're going to play this game... then DDE copied the community from a few years back.. ergo making DDE a contradiction.. as you want to be above and better than the rest, yet you mimic them...

TDD is an alliance.. you were not the first.. let's say for example TA was the first... how badly do you want to be them?

It goes on... your attempt at propaganda = fundamental fail. That's assuming it was an attempt and not just you feeling the need to announce your return to a community that probably barely noticed you had gone.

its a fair question. I good mod could also clear it for being more server war propoganda. i mean you singled out one single alliance while 3+ others did awards as well

I admire your ability to read things into posts that are not there and the complete absence of logic you display.

For someone who told me to go back to school in all seriousness, it is an amazing feat.

Edit: can someone please close this. Seeing that I cannot even congratulate anyone on these forums without having a bunch of haters jump at everything I say, it is pointless.

If it was a congratulations thread then it fell apart fairly quickly!

jest and propoganda it is to some extent as the title suggests either way who cares whether alliances or coalitions do awards or not. At the end of the day its an internal recognition which some people employ for the betterment of their repective membership.

I don`t know why all of you (sgw/tf/fua) do this, but I sport mine so I can go "In ya face biaches, I got an annual award based on vague standards in less than defined fields of a trivial browser based game too. Booya!"

Plus it complements the penguin quite nicely, feng shui, don`t you think? I do.
