m well deamon doesnt accept the one on one so killing might be one sided

If he doesn't accept, that will mean he was massed by Donais, at least in my opinion, and perhaps WE will be forced to take action than, who knows...

m shouldnt you take action again your own since hes letting a war alliance down if he doesnt fightback?
