if he had race-changed, wouldnt it delete/vac the ascended account and not let him log in?

I dunno, never really looked at racial makeup........ i don't like waring makeup.

I Think Its Just The Account On Main Gets Changed To A Non Ascended Race....I Didnt Bother Checking If I Could Log In To My Ascended Account, I Took One Look At My Main Account With No Ascension And Just Bought Another One Straight Away

it happens when i change my race name, the only thing i done yesterday was go in and change my race name, then had to do it again cos i cant spell properly !! on both occasions it change my race stuff. Admin confirmed that it had been done twice, I dont want to go in and change my name again just to be sure it is that cos i cant afford it !!!

Are you sure you are not changing the racial makeup?
You are just clicking on the Change Racial Identity button in the top left?

yeah im defo only changing the name, I messed up the racial part before on an old account so i dont touch that side of things plus they got a wee check box beside them you tick before you confirm it and i defiantely didnt do it. Admin sue says she could tell its been changed twice and she will e mail jason to see whats happening with it so fingers crossed i can get it fixed soon !
