and i am sure, if i build up 1tril def, it will be down very quick.. again

for now
i dont want a neutral with, "hey, he built up again, lets take a visit"
i want a peace with, "nice player" or "hm, strange, but okay"

I thought it was Rico's Undergods not dogs xD but I could be wrong, and if your just being farmed then why complain lol, planet takings and farmings are kinda what we do lol

Well either way if you joined Rico's if they let you, you would not be hit, as it is a Napped alliance, or Empire now, or Alliances??? xD lol either way, we don't farm them lol, IF they let you join
