Wasn't the attack limiter supposed to be in place only up to 2 mins after turn change? Because it is still on for me, even though we're over 20 mins after turn change..

i tried to spy on the ranked 1 clone at this time this topic was made and this is what i got

Errors abound after attacks, repairing weps, etc.. It looks like somebody was messing with the PHP code and made some kind of syntax error or similar. Hope they have it resolved soon. You can still run the attacks and make repairs, but you have to refresh or go back to see the change.

Oh the repeats of the same error -.-. I think its been reported and is known to many that there's a bug. Admin just accidentally erase something in the code. A simple symbol can mess it up =D
