Blahh couldn't vendetta to save his life and the instant anyone massed him and lost less than he did, he ran away.

ETL v Robe has happened several times ingame already due to various wars maybe not in actuality but effectively, I believe both have massed the other once or twice.

I'm a little miffed though Semper, what you are saying implies something I'm not too impressed with.

A few years back I would have loved to see Zaphor v ETL - quantum grudge match.

Currently I guess I'd like to see Harchester v anyone who can damage him - given he's declined so many vendettas.

And as for the rest... a lot of vendetta's just come down to who has the highest internet speed. Bit boring.

Hi. I'm Semper. Apparently we've not met before but I don't generally care about anything you care about anything unless it's useful to one of my unfathomable schemes. Although, now you've had to draw my attention to one of your thoughts I will say that I seriously doubt you're thinking the same reasons as me, my reasons are very...mundane. I don't think I put any of those vendettas together with malicious intent for once.

I think when people mean a Vendetta between Robe and ETL they refer to a 'balls to the wall' mano el mano heads up fight, propaganda, rhetoric and all and it wouldn't go amiss Rhett accusing her of cheating at least once.. I mean that was his thing.. it wouldn't be a true Rhenvetta without it.

It's a very moot point now, but a few years ago I'd like to have seen the 'big three' slog it out in ascension; a free-for-all between Mojo Rising, Sinister and High Empty. Those three accounts, for the long time, were miles ahead of anybody else on that server. It would never have happened, partly due to politics and partly due to two of them being in the same alliance, but it would have been epic if it had.

And, uhm, the Robe/ETL vendetta has probably been the single most defining personal conflict in this game's history, even if it hasn't always been direct. It's shaped and influenced a colossal amount. If you're blind to that, then you're pretty ignorant

Mordack vs Severian is an interesting one.

Severian, arguably the most talented persuasive writer. His posts would have put Marcus Antonius to shame. If forced to apply such talent, a forum warrior to be reckoned with for sure.

Mordack. His ability to pour cold water over a deluded mind is unprecedented. Often shades in patches of irony through delightfully condescending narrative.

most certainly an exciting match up.

Gods.... Severian, the thankfully departed was only a forum warrior and for those thinking he was any good at it, well.... he often was less than precise with the truth. Mordack never relied on his ability to sling mud.
