Zera... is Zera I dont' know to many people that have problems with that loveable goof

and Deni... well yes Deni has power in DDE but she got there because of how good she is, I dont' know how she treated MLH behind sceenes... I know there is history but I also know Deni... on a personal level when I was in DDE I dont' think she liked me much... but notice how i say THINK... because SHE NEVER VOICED IT... at least to me or others that i know because it never got around to me, I did a lot and put her throuhg hell and she still let me stay still talked to me and still tried to help me, all while I put her through hell.. I only say my personal level because I thought for sure when I joined FS she would voice her opinion, or at least tell me off... NAH she just wrote me and said thnka you for bringing up issues... and i'm an "enemy of DDE" infact for the most part I think I built that bed pretty good... she never brings up ingame and never uses it against me... just again my personal...

Rene you say well why do so many people have issues if there isn't them...

BECAUSE THIS FORUM IS FILLED WITH A BUNCH OF TROLLS WHO NEED TO BACK EACHOTHER NO MATTER HOW THEY REALLY FEEL

Trust me you know how many people have treated me like masking for massing Cloud or Rock or whatever, LMAO and they write me in private and talk all nice to me... all i'm saying is people follow the crowd in this forum, and mod bashing is the "cool" thing to do

I think this post sums up what I wrote before.

I'd have to agree with most of what you wrote Roket, people do back other despite how they really feel, but I think this clearly works both ways - and this is generally what causes most of the arguments. You'll also find it's pretty hard to break people biased perception.

It's often assumed that when I post it's because I'm "backing TL up", but if those same people had access to the TL forum they'd see a very different story, I'm loyal to the alliance as far as the game goes, but if I see a post I don't agree with I will often reply against it, irrespective of who posted.

I don't think Mods ever blatantly change what was written in your post, at least I would find it hard to believe. Regardless, it's simply not an issue that can be addressed at all unless you want to bring up specific occurrences of it.
renegadze wrote:2) It would be even better if they didn't simply delete my posts without letting me know (yes if I was swearing at people or something then I would expect auto deletion).
As Clarkey said, posts are never deleted unless you're talking about the Market. It's quite a distinction. You're probably right, all users should be notified when a post of theirs is moved. I didn't and don't always notify them all, but I try ...
renegadze wrote:3) It would be nice if reports actually had some feedback - even just acknowledgement
I disagree for the need for that, but if a Mod wants to, fine. The person who reported the post really doesn't need to know how the report was handled. Unless they just want ammunition to use against a Moderator or for some other vindictive purpose.
renegadze wrote:4) If a mod wishes to lock a thread, Admins should be able to just reopen to meet their own ends (a request for unlock should come from the community)
A request for unlock doesn't need to just come from the community. If an Admin wants to overrule a Moderator or Global Moderator and unlock a topic they locked then that is their prerogative. It would probably be better for an Admin to address that point, so just ignore me I guess.
renegadze wrote:5) Stop mods reopening threads just so they can get the final word in and lock the thread again (this is both childish and annoying)
As Clarkey said, they don't unlock and then lock it. Any Moderator can post through a lock where they have powers. Some Mods do this by accident as well, not seeing that the topic is locked, and just clicking the reply button not seeing it actually says locked. I would also venture a guess happens almost entirely in Misc (Spam Temple). If so, it is quite reasonable for it to be done there, as it is all in good fun.
renegadze wrote:6) and this is just a personal one not really a complaint - make Zeratul stop posting in 3rd person...annoying as hell (maybe he should keep this for the roleplaying sections)
You're right it is personal. Zeratul shouldn't have to change how he is (roleplay wise) just because he is an Admin and you don't like it. I don't think you were implying that he does though, just stating you find it annoying.

Yes, this is exactly what I was saying. But Rene conveniently implied that I was saying some Mods can't read. I guess he skipped the word "subconsciously" when I used it twice.

The locked button and the reply buttons are both in the same place and they have the same dimensions. Thus it is very easy to not notice the different word placed on it. Especially if you're thinking on a good reply...

Not true. In fact, wholly opposite to the truth. Other mods have done this, I have not. For two reasons...

1. I believe that it is wrong.
2. I like seeing and reading the responses to any points I make.
