Need your feedback on whether this is a good idea.

it is a good idea mate. as long as the people helping out are sincere and not after quick recruits and all that. It's one of the reasons that the OE were the first alliance in the game to create a training alliance, despite knowing that during war the weaker accounts would suffer. But it was a baptism by fire.

So I will go the first step..as God Emperor of the Empire, this alliance is protected by massing. Farming may occasionally happen, and if one of it's members goes out of their way to provoke someone from the bigger alliances, I would say they are asking for it. But as long as they keep their heads down and learn and not try to provoke ppl far more powerful, I think they will do good.

Thank you so much mate, means alot that OE would be the first alliance/empire to back this up. Farming is part of the game and members will be told to expect it, if you cant defend it, you lose it.

I like the idea, that's the kind of thing needed for people who are new or who are in ascension process outside of alliances to keep them interested into the game.

i will help to the best of my ability, maybe if i take 4/5 of them as officers to give them tips and tricks to help them build stats up and i can keep on eye on there logs if this helps. wouldn't want any more officer be hard to keep control of them all hehe.. but if 4-5 people took 5 officers thats 25-30 people helped at starting the game. I can give them naq ect only need small amounts to get sorted.

Agree completely, the number of active players is shrinking. So its in everyones interest to back these ideas. I may of started the idea but everyone has a chance to help out. Its a good start and hopefully word of mouth will spread the word to get more backing.

Once its up and running i will add HAVEN to recruitment centre first. Secondly im hoping people who have officers that are new who could benefit, would like to join. The hope is with enough talk about HAVEN, it will be the first stop for any newbie.

Clarkey has attached himself to become a helper, so hopefully a few others will join in those roles too, basically 3-4 premy members to keep the ball rolling.
