I'm guessing in some specific countries you could actually win that lawsuit xD For instance, I've heard of lawsuits being won as there was no warning that the hot coffee people order in drive-by cafés can cause burns on thighs or wherever, if it's spilled onto someone and due to the way people react it can cause a car accident.

okay i know i'm dissaggreeing with my argument of resources not having value with this but in china, any damage cause to virtual environments and peoples online accounts is punishable to the same extent as if you damaged there property directly.

For instance, you've all heard of second life right? well a chineese virsion, a woman cought her husband having virtual sex with another woman on there, so she made accounts on every game he played and attacked him, hacked him, destroyed him and eventually deleted everthing he had.

Now as a result the husband got so mad he put paint stripper on her car,
Due to the ammount of damage she caused she was given 15 years in prison
He on the other hand as he had commited on act out of fury was given 6 months lol.
