At least command center is refreshes so fast that I didnt even notice it and pressed refresh again

I also have brokers that, although they have expired on sept 12th, are still open. Will they just naturally expire 48 hours after being set, or does something else need to be done????

Probably not... Admin does set a few hours between ranges of players

Why has everyone so much naq out? The farm fest when the PPTs are ending will be a real good stress test for the new server...
