Who's seen as the worst mod, likely a General Mod who is either the most active or even over active. They will mod those who normally do not like to be modded and have an ego bigger than their defense ever was. They also like to make threats about in game actions against the mod. It's how it works, you mod the most popular section filled with egos and war mongers and people tend to get angry about you modding them, calling you bias when you just warned them and their enemy at the same time.
Who is the worst mod, clearly SS, as he is too blinded by his hatred of cats to make an unbiased decision about them.

Haz issued the third warning, but he did not issue the ban. Blue mods are incapable of issuing bans.

duh, but with a third warning comes a ban, of which bmmj did for him, therefore its haz's fault, for some rubbish LOL
