Sure that positive feedback is quite unpopular in this forum (even when people who give it when it's due get fingers pointed at them and mockery comments) compared to negative feedback (even if the mod is doing right their job, it's not "cool" to say something positive about mods), but what is popular isn't always what is best.

Here's the truth from my PoV
Professionally, she's very good at what she does, no denying that. Keep at it
In a non professional role, she's one of the most intelligent people on the forum but has a tendency to use that intelligence to patronise people so probably not so great... but meh we all have some kind of issue with at least one other person on the forum
thank goodness its usually not at JT/Lithium levels though
