does seem dodgey that he hasnt been straigh of banned but then again , a confessed mulit has had jack **Filtered** done to him, so admin isnt enforcing rules, so why should anyone really follow them

No. The reason Icebreaker wasn't banned is because there was no previous precedent. However, I believe admin will be adding it in the rules and will ban people for it from now on.
That's my assumption anyway, and I aint gunna risk it!

Sorry I don't see any whining, I see an oppurtunity to express opinions on a scenario via the platform ice provided.

That opinion should atleast remotely be connected to Ice's actions, rather than the actions of the users commenting on his actions.

yes that 36 quad would have been eventually scooped up by someone else but it does have an impact on the whole state of the game, price for naq sellers buyers, rate of turns everything. all the resources related to it.

and no way in hell could you have farmed twice as much as top 3-4 farmers in the game with legit or gray area activity and then be punished with a slap on the wrist. what did admin remove? a few covert levels etc. bs

Auto refresh does not interfere with the gameplay of others. What he used, does. That makes a big difference, and ignoring that for literal values is ignorance at best.

Sorry but auto-refresh does not farm naq for you, bank it, repair your defense weapons, now maybe he used various browser tools in a combination of windows and tabs to duplicate the effect of a script, but really, what is the difference?

People should be looking at the end result, not the exact method being used.

2) No automated processes, macros, scripts or other 'non human being' run account activity is allowed.

To me that is quite clear, rule 2 was not just broken, it was smashed to pieces and raped for personal profit.

Before we continue further with the self righteous ploy... Can you tell me what his Grey advantage did exactrly? or do we all just know that admin made a fence call on right and wrong and made some deductions in fairness?...

Would help to know the exact details instead of twisting the outcome to fit ones personal opinion of what happened?!
