I see another attack by a DDE member on HE..when I have the details of that attack, and if it breaches the terms of the DRA, that person will also be given eight hours.

Fair enough..however. Why is that you always say the "other party" is "foolish posturing" and your actions are holier than thou

I took it in to stave off a large scale drawn out war which is in the best interest of more then your hide. Your "lot" however tries to get as close as they can to the brink of war by the letter of the "law". DO NOT point your dirty little **Filtered** finger bud, look in the mirror. it seems to me like robert made this thread about 4-5hours attack the attack happend and had pmd Jander the minute it happend as he said in the thread if u bothered to read the whole thing nothing came of it so rob massed him.....

You however got butthurt that rob massed jander and picked an attack that was two days old and threathned a trainee lol

Look who's talking! Don't try to act the innocent here. Ever heard that saying what's good for the goose is good for the gander. So don't take the moral high ground with me when it was your foolish alliance mate who thought it would be a good idea to act tough and go around giving 8 hour ultimatums to people who aren't even there.

As I said, if you lot want to play by such methods, we are happy to oblige. So the 8 hour warnings stand!

He contacted me directly and I told him he would be repaid. In the same manner as I arranged for wolverine to be repaid. And the terms of the DRA don't say anything about HCs..so don't even go there. As long as arrangements are made to be repaid, it's irrelevent.
