This group is made up of retired members that are still ingame at some capacity, members that have been in DDE a long long time and have moved beyond commanding but are still active and valuable advisors. Members in this group are by no means shelved, they are as an important part of the DDE as any other member. Qualifications are minimum of 2 consecutive years in DDE. That is to say that at the time of initiation into the legends group said member must have been DDE for the past 2 years.
