Can you just provide the evidence that you seem to have of his misconduct? When you make a claim of misconduct, you are the one responsible for providing the evidence against him.

Look in the fs war thread, it is full of infractions by the mod in question according to the guidelines by which the warning below was issued to me andthe very one robert was just banned over.

More serious cases and repeated breaking of the rule will result in the issuing of warning points. Very serious comments will be given more warning points. This will be judged with input from the Forum Administrators and Moderators.

Report his posts, and let a mod deal with them. If it is deemed necessary, action can be taken by the mod, and I can then follow up on it.

If this is an issue with any PMs, tell me so I can follow up on them as well. Odin has already sent me some quotes of recent PMs, which while I would personally deem a bit unnecessary, are not against the rules, nor against any code of conduct for moderators. JT you were talking about my grandmother that had just past on, You are fully aware of this, almost every DDE member is as i made Bels aware and up to date on everything. Just saying that in my eyes any way something like that is not a minor infringement. I didn't give you that warning so I didn't mod it.

the only RL tragedy i have had this year was my grandmother, of which your members were informed about as some of them sent me there wishes and prayers (which was nice of them). If it wasn't my grandmother then who or what were u referring to?

@odin, based on your assumption, why should my rule infraction be any more severe than yours? Oh because you no can warn and ban on a whim..Right? That doesn't block the PM, it deletes the PM. Which is not good if he were to receive a warning from Odin.

Im not sure Haz, JT calling me and my friends "fags" which is an offensive term in my eyes and in the eyes of people that share the same sexual orientation as myself. I do not wish to clog this thread up with another discussion on such a topic so it would help to keep this thread clean if i pm'ed JT and we could chat this out there. Otherwise it would all have to remain here.
