Race war is a server wide event, I need time to code it into a tourney, time I do not have!

i know, busy bee is the Stuff of Legends! but of the tournament types so far, team deathmatch is my least favourite :/ mostly just because of the assigned roles / attack types, but also because i seem to get bugged out everytime i organise a team and cant get it set up then assigned into random teams, where someone doesnt assign ranks and goes inactive so i get taken out because i cant do anything :(

But seems to be going good so far for those involved.

Ideally more players -> more teams -> more people looking for members.
Most people seem to be too scared to ask for members or too scared to ask to be apart of a team.

Anyway, I have a pretty wicked idea for the next tournament :P, something like you all will have never seen!! Unfortunately it will take a bit of coding.

Multi died anyway when I went for a hike :( Darn first nice weekend outside in Pittsburgh for the year. My main account perished last night too when I finally went to bed. Oh well. Tournaments are not for those who need sleep :P

Section Admins - who will be 'in charge' of the section in question. They will be responsible for the overall feel of the section, the setup/structure, and most importantly the community/users in the section. This will incorporate the old 'ombudsman' role. And insofar as the Section Admin is responsible for the users, they are also responsible for the high level mod behaviour towards the users.
So -as a user - if you have an issue with how you are treated, rules, bans, whatever --goto the section admin... They are there for you!

There is no 'reporting structure' in this setup -- tech, mod, and section admins are all on equal footing, each with their own (somewhat overlapping) responsibilities.
Mods report directly to the mod admin, and indirectly to the section admin for the section in which they mod.

Re: Tournament 10: Team Deathmatch

Alias/Name: Wraith Essen
Tier: 2
Skill level: 1
Experience: 2 / 6,048
How they came to be: Essen a Wraith born foot soldier followed his races culture to every extent, he was devout and constantly volunteered for feeding missions
whilst the others were hibernating under the watchful eye of a keeper. For unknown reasons he was abandoned on one of the harvested planets without the
backing of the rest of the group, confused about what to do and unable to hibernate, he merc'ed himself out at the largest cosmic trade, his knowledge and ability of stripping
planets of their resources is unparalleled. He wades through the crowds as a born and raised Demi-God.
Ability:
Increased total offensive capacity--1.87%
Decreased turn production by 1

No tourny needed. :D

Re: Tournament 10: Team Deathmatch

Now after laying into fruc (ID 548), shiva (ID 10931) and tapping green monster (ID 837) and [AG] thor (ID 2379) a miraculous thing appeared... what's this? They're all sharing the same IP address? Not a proxy either.... on top of that it seems secret mission (ID 9755) has the same last IP as well. Aha, how rich.
