6 attacks in 2 seconds is your blitz limit! Your army is out of breath, dizzy and wondering if you treat them like you are playing some kind of game!!!

It's a limit becouse well some guys in war can't do more then that 
defences were droping too fast and they guys who were doing it were called "scripters" 
so AJ or whoever add that war/war is 30 attacks per 2 s

Completely wrong. Admin could not come up with a better solution to stop farming scripts, bots, etc. so he added that in to the game.
P.S. Some guys do apparently know how to circumvent that limit though.
