Not really Tziki, Tom broke no agreements, he just reacted to being massed like anyone would. It's actually even worse than i made out because from what i have been told Svarun was expressly forbidden from massing Tom by TL leadership and chose to ignore them and do it anyway.

You would have done the same Tziki, as would i and many others, the time for talking ends when attack supers appear on the horizon with a dbl strike to empower them.

No Angelis i misread what tom posted in the TAF chat, thought he meant Jokerz3 had taken his planet, not *Gray dropping tags to do it, which is why i deleted it because it was not relevant after i had this pointed out.

TAF have no problem with TL, TL have no problem with TAF, Svarun doesn't like being farmed so he broke a DRA agreement to attempt to mass Tom over it, Tom noticed and massacred him, Svarun now sitting pretty much statless threatening to planet snipe and even going so far as to drop tags with his NG multi to steal a planet. Obviously Tom is not going to put up with this behaviour, if Svarun is going to planet snipe and try and disrupt his account sale thread then since Svarun is in TL, I guess Tom feels it's up to TL to pay for his actions since he isn't building anything worth a damn.

Couple of things

1. I dropped tags, because it was otherwise impossible for me to take his planet (same house)

2. The DRA agreement is not broken - if the offender has broken it first this also has nothing to do with me not liking to be farmed or not. No one likes to be farmed, but this is not about that.

3. I didn't try to mass Da Vinci


I could comment on other things as well, but I won't be explaining everything. However I will again kindly ask you to stop putting words into my mouth.
You are entitled to you opinion, you can also see things as you wish or believe them to be, but I will ask you to stop saying stuff like they are facts.

I put no words in anyones mouth, i state 100% fact, you massed Tom when told not to by your own leadership and against the DRA agreement TAF and TL have in place. DRA means farming is allowed as long as it's within the agreed limits, it's why we don't mass Lord kats for farming us and why YOU shouldn't have attempted to mass Tom for his hits on your accounts.

Now i grant you that you are correct on 1 point, you didn't successfully mass him, he noticed and annihilated you even though you had blown a double strike to attempt to do it, but the fact remains you TRIED and that is against the DRA, plus you were told not too by your leadership.

Funny thing is everyone on both sides is fully aware of what is going on and why it has happened, you think Tom doesn't talk to TL when he was a member for a long time and has many friends there?

This is all you getting your panties bunched because you log in what seems like twice a day and expect to bank 10-12t naq just because you have TL tags and no one will dare to hit you even though you have nothing like enough defense to prevent it. We have the same issues on our end with some members leaving a lot of naq out and being hit legitimately by people like Lord Kats, all within the DRA. Obviously no one LIKES being farmed, but you don't see TAF massing Lord Kats for hits that our HC have made an agreement to allow to happen.

If Svarun did then dirty deed the he and only he should be held accountable. With the game mechs as they are and have been its no great thing for 1 player to TAKE ON a big alliance. Its ok as far as having a blast but to think, imply or sell it as if it were a legendary action is stupid. But go Davinci. Play the game **Filtered** the politics.

Actually Tom broke DRA in past and this was discussed with TAF HC weeks ago. Tom dropped TAFs tags, farmed everyone in TL who had naq out, far far behind agreed DRA terms, and next day he rejoined TAF. Because we always talked about tom as ahbout One of us, we didnt complain about it much, but than he started to sit on Svaruns both accounts daily. Svarun warned himn on our forums, and yet I confirmed it, it was written after few hits Tom did. Svarun warned him he will do what he thinks is best.

This was discussed between me and Chacho in last talk on skype and we asked to remove those parts about DRA breachings, because that leads to breaches on both sides. Theres notonly Svarun who broke DRA.

And pardon, Tziki you should not care about what will TL do with TAF because of Tom. For us its more than enough that TAF imediatly gave hands of of Tom, relations between TL and TAF are probably more important than Toms membership in any of mentioned alliances.

And for players like you and Svarun its clear msg. You rejoined TAF so you were covered by DRA, but you brought svaruns defences to less than half of power with farming. Why Svarun decided not to rebuild, onlz he knows. But why are you tagging bad guy when you are as bad as the other one?

i didn't drop to farm tl.. i dropped because i just joined the house i wanted to clear up ta/tats ect.. and fyi i hit sv for 10t+ on 20-30t defence and jokerz for 88m uu then rejoined

I dont care why and how you did it. You dropped tag for longer than just rejoining to farm own alliance. You attacked far behind agreed DRA terms and you rejoined TAF after these actions. We complained, we sorted it and left it be, cuse you WAS One of us.

I never sayid that you dropped just to farm TL... but apperently... you did many hits ower DRA limits and later rejoined TAF. That was maybe the only reason why Blue didnt declare vendeta straight ahead... but he sent you msg on TL forum. Your actions continued, well I have to admit with some reason... yeah fair hits, etc... or fair raids... etc... but Blue wrote it once... warned you. Decided to act even if he knew it will be against whats agreed. But seems he decided cuse he saw how you decided in past... even if you knew its was against some agreeemnts... etc...

Its not easy, not hard... just ppl should stop talk about DRA breaches, and see this as a conlfict of two players. (even if its alliance wide now)
