I'm sorry, all I read was "blah blah blah, we make it up as we go along" from the other side. It might as well be in gibberish as none of it has any connection with reality and facts. TO is not DDE, is NOT a part of DDE, has no agreements with DDE and any connection between TO and DDE is in a personal and not official capacity.

Saying that we are over and over doesn't make it any more true the billionth time than the first time.

Hem and haw, obfuscate and even Rick roll, none of it changes the facts.
