The account is owned by a TC/CK member that upgraded by buying the kik account, they are not in the alliance right now due to bloodwar meter thats all. Simple answer.

actually, attack has no bonus, but defence still does

They massed us, we declared war. That guy was the first I picked out. As diplomatic and peaceful as we are actions were taken that could not be ignored. There are always casualties in war, he just so happen to be my first. *popping cherry sound* lol

Tees just never built my ms to take theres mate i concentrated mainly on their defences rather than ms massing
