I love how everyone thinks harch has 7 accounts lol

Its unlikely, DDR pushed the bloodwar when they knew they had the advantage. (Don't get me wrong im not complaining, god knows i have manipulated the start time of a bloodwar to benefit me before)

As such I don't think they will face much of an issue this time around.

Bloodwar boils down to, at the moment the bloodwar starts, who has the most trained army Att/Def/Cov/AC. If someone has 800mill trained lets say thats an easy 200T power with 300mill reserves (spies/AC etc.) and the other team does not have someone who has 800mill free uu (not miners because you can't untrain) then you are unable to attack that account and that one account can systematically run through the other alliance in the first 15 mins of bloodwar.

The issue of % is a bit weird its based on % of killable units and you have to reach a certain % to win, and more importantly reach a certain % to avoid bloodcurse.

Obviously planets are OP in bloodrealm, trying to reach a certain % of killables when you have accounts that boost power in bloodrealm by 60T (Att/Deff) and you can't untrain miners to compensate means that for a % of kills standpoint unless you have matching planets the odds are not in your favour.

Again not complaining, I have used bloodwar to my advantage in the past and im not going to be hypocritical about it, but as I have said in the past many times, I don't think bloodwar is a good game mechanic. I think it limits your options, comes out with odd results and stops the flow of the game (looking at you stupid button that appears when I want to attack someone).
